Cormoran Complex offers traditional Romanian cuisine from the Danube Delta but also international menus. Besides our fish specialties we can offer fresh vegetables and fruits menus, fresh meat and game in the season.

We offer Romanian wines, Romanian and foreign spirit drinks, mineral water, cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks and refreshments.

Vegetarians are also welcome here at Cormoran: ask the employees of the restaurant and you will receive our vegetarian menu.

Cormoran Complex uses for cooking fresh food from its own farm production:

- fresh vegetables, with no chemical additives
- fresh milk and meat under veterinary control
- fresh fish from the Danube

From Romanian cuisine we can offer:
- Typical lunch: Starter, fish broth, grilled sheatfish, dessert, 1/2 litre mineral water.

- Dinner by a camp fire: 50 ml. tzuica (plum brandy) + shish kebab, caviar, carp / pike caviar, zander / pike goujon, grilled sturgeon, dessert. 3/4 l. bottle white wine for 2 persons; ½ l. mineral water.
