In 1985 Mr. and Mrs. Gaina purchased a small surface of land and a fisherman hut in the Danube Delta, in the village of Uzlina. Uzlina village is situated on an island, which measures 7 km long and 1-3 km wide.
In 1994 they opened Cormoran Boarding House with 5 double rooms and 3 triple rooms and in 2000 Cormoran Hotel 3* with 34 double rooms with shower and WC, 2 apartments with Jacuzzi, direct dial phone, Tv satellite, air-conditioned.
In 2003 Cormoran Complex completed itself with 5 Bungalows Type A 3* each consisting of 4 rooms, each room with 2 single beds, extensible couch, bathroom and 5 Bungalows Type B 3* formed by 2 apartments, each apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 bathrooms, air-conditioned and tv satellite.
In 2005 another
5 Type A villas were constructed. At this moment all Type A and B Villas
have air-conditioning and TV.
The
Cormoran Complex offers to its guests a wide range of services as :
restaurants, bars, conference halls, internet center, fitness, sauna,
billiard, table tennis, swimming pool, sport fields (tennis, volleyball,
football, basketball), horse riding center, rapid boats with 50/225
HP engines, motor boats with 15 HP engines and rowing boats.
